Andrew - getting better with age!

My little boy is all grown up!! Andrew turned 26 yesterday, he is growing up so fast! This is picture that I took of Andrew posing Uncle Rico style. This was during a photo shoot for the employee directory for the law firm Andrew will be working at this summer. Even though I thought this picture looked great, Andrew was more reluctant to send it in. So he picked another one. Whatever Andrew, I watch ANTM, I know what looks good. Andrew was extra excited this year because his birthday was on Super Bowl Sunday, and even though he hates the Steelers we still had a great time noshing on some nachos, among other culinary delights. Including his b-day cake. 

This is a chocolate pound cake from Cake Love. This cake is unique because it has not only potato starch but vanilla powder as well. Its top with a deep dark chocolate ganache (the way the Laws like it) and some melted white chocolate. I am not going to lie, it was a great cake. It tasted even better the next day.
